Connect House is close to Junction 4 of the M25. It is on a service road of the A21 which leads in from the motorway to the London Borough of Bromley.
The M25 has a short spur at Junction 4 which you must drive down to leave the motorway. At the end is a roundabout : take the 3rd exit which is signposted A21 Bromley.
Despite the postal address, the better address for finding Connect House is :

Come down the A21 from the motorway roundabout. You enter Pratts Bottom as the dual carriageway narrows to single lane and quickly come to a roundabout with an Esso station on your right. The distance to the roundabout is 1.7 km [about 1 mile] from the motorway roundabout.
Turn left up Rushmore Hill which signposted to Knockholt and immediately turn left again into the service road. The entrance to Clarence Court is within 20 metres on the right but there is little parking available within the Court so please park on the road unless we have told you otherwise. Connect House [ringed] is the third door on the right as you walk into the court.
