ATM Hotel

We have now finalised the package with the Maids Head Hotel in Norwich and have made an initial block reservation for twelve rooms. The rate for the night is only £85 per room [single or double] including breakfast, VAT and free parking - assuming that we do achieve 12 reservations. That is a £15 less than the rate obtained for the Silver Jubilee dinner in Bury St Edmunds two years ago.

What we would ask you to do, if you do intend to stay at the Maids Head, is to make your personal booking soon so that we can increase the block booking if necessary. Please call the hotel on 0844 600 8720 and ask for Reservations, quoting BK05410 or the British Society of Sugar Technologists. The hotel will need your credit card details. Alternatively you can email the hotel with your reservation request. As each of us books, the block booking will be reduced accordingly.
